Lucky Elephant Solutions is a hospitality design and consulting studio based in Florida and operating globally.
We partner with restaurants, hotels, and event organizations to build systems that combine design, efficiency, and revenue performance.
Founded by Mildred “Cha” Roman and Kimberly “Kim” Baily, we bridge the gap between concept and execution; designing spaces, menus, and operations that elevate the guest experience while keeping teams efficient and costs in control.
Our background includes projects across the U.S., Japan, and beyond, with expertise spanning restaurant operations, beverage programs, event logistics, and macro F&B consulting.
